We start doing that by offering students jobs in real-time through our app and providing companies with a platform that manages their staffing needs. Zenjob is looking for a VP Sales to join us and support the growth of Zenjob.

The Sales team plays an important part in the development and expansion of the company. 

Zenjob is offering a variety of exciting work opportunities. We are in a enormous growth phase and you’ll have direct impact on the day to day operations.  

How you’ll contribute
As the VP Sales you will contribute by being a leader for our growing Sales team. You will guide and manage a team of 25 that will eventually grow to a team of 50+ within a year. You will identify sales opportunities by using data and work closely with our BI and Finance teams. You will direct and shape the Sales department in a fast growing organization.
What you bring
  • You have worked successfully in a similar position for at least 5 years. 

  • You have a proven ability to build and manage a successful sales team. 

  • You are experience in driving effective Go to Market strategies in the technology market. 

  • You have a track record of significant deals closed with corporate players in retail, logistics, or hospitality. 

  • You are able to communicate in German and English fluently.
